Painlessly, we use this device to sand away the outer layer of skin, encouraging skin cell turnover. Once the older skin has been sloughed away, the new layers of skin beneath are revealed. This results in a much smoother and brighter complexion. Microdermabrasion also stimulates the growth of collagen, the protein that controls the health and elasticity of skin.
