We are looking for a skilled Receptionist to join our team. We are a fast-growing, multiple-location comprehensive eye care medical practice with offices in Eugene, West Salem, Thurston, and Junction City.

Our reception staff are important members of our organization. Here are some of the expectations of our receptionist to contribute to our success:

Have at least one year of experience in Optometry or Ophthalmology either as a Clinical Assistant or Receptionist
Greet and meet patients as they enter the clinic in a warm and professional manner
Have experience working with practice management and medical record software (Insurance and benefits background is a PLUS)
Answer and triage incoming calls from patients, other medical offices or providers etc.
Exhibit a positive attitude and work ethic
Provide a professional appearance
Required to cross train as a Clinical Assistant
Willingness to be trained and to train others
Desire to support fellow team members in all situations
Ability to multitask and maintain composure in a fast-paced work environment
Excellent communication skills
Prioritize customer service and exceptional patient care

Minimum job requirements:
1. High school diploma.
2. Proficiency in touch typing and use of Microsoft Office products (50 wpm)
3. Available for full-time employment.
